CARD OWNER REQUIREMENTS
Card owner is entitled to play at each listed course weekdays all day
or weekends and holidays after 1 P.M., January 1, 2007 through December
31, 2007, except as noted in listed course benefits and restrictions.
Where cart/player fee is not specified in the Golf Privilege Card,
please confirm fee with course when making tee time. Golf carts must
stay on golf paths. Lung CardŽ must be signed by card owner and card
owner must be prepared to present ID. Tee times must be made 24 hours
in advance and the Lung CardŽ must be mentioned when making tee times.
Tee times are subject to availability. Course conditions and starting
times may be subject to change at the discretion of course management.
Proper attire and golf courtesies are required. Please check each course
listing for applicable restriction codes noted in parenthesis.
